Adult supervision recommended at all times ensure no people, pets or objects are
positioned underneath the wall climber when you are driving it on a wall or ceiling, as
it may fall
Remove all batteries of not in use for a long period of time.
Once the Vehicle doesn't climb, over current protection is engaged, turn the vehicle off for 30
seconds then restart
The wall climber can be only driven on a smooth, clean, flat surface.

Order Processing Timeline:

• Orders typically take 4-5 business days to process (Production will take an extra two days because our items are hand-sewn and are only made when an order is placed)

- Packaging and Quality Checking: 1 business day
- Shipping and Customs Clearance: 1-2 business days

Tracking Information:

• Tracking numbers will be updated via email after customs clearance (4–5 days following the date of the customer's purchase)
• Tracking status will become active 1-2 days after the tracking update email. Please check your email confirmation or tracking updates, as the email can be found in your spam folder.

Delivery Address:

• Address changes are supported within 3 days of purchase; after that, changes are not supported. Please email pucoca.offical@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• We will assist with lost or stolen packages. Please contact us within 2 working days if your order is confirmed delivered but not received.
