Using:
open the probe and insert the probe into the food you want to know the temperature of In 2-4s, a accurate temperature would be read on the LCD screen

Calibrating:
Insert the probe into a glass with 50% of water and 50% of ice, after a few minutes hold down the "CAL" key for 5 seconds
until it show "CAL" on the screen.Adjust the display by pressing the"CAL" and "C/F" button until it shows 0 ‚ÑÉ or32 ‚Ñâ ,and wait several seconds to finish the calibration

Warnings and Precaution:
1,Do not leave the thermometer in the oven while cooking.
2,Do not touch hot probe with bare hands.
3.Do not completely immerse the digital thermometer in water for minutes.
4.Wash the metal probe in soapy water.
5.Clean the thermometer by hand or using water.
6.Sterilize the metal probe by inserting it into a boiling water for several minutes.
