We currently ship to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the rest of the world.

United States & Canada:

• Standard Shipping: (8 to 14 days)
• Express Shipping:  (5 to 8 days)

Australia & United Kingdom:

• Express Shipping: (5 to 8 days)

European Union & Rest of the World:

• Standard Shipping: (8 to 17 days)

On orders above $59, shipping is always free to all countries.

Order Processing Timeline:

• Orders typically take 4-5 business days to process (Production will take an extra two days because our items are hand-sewn and are only made when an order is placed)

- Manufacturing: 2 business days
- Packaging and Quality Checking: 1 business day
- Shipping and Customs Clearance: 1-2 business days

Tracking Information:

• Tracking numbers will be updated via email after customs clearance (4–5 days following the date of the customer's purchase)
• Tracking status will become active 1-2 days after the tracking update email. Please check your email confirmation or tracking updates, as the email can be found in your spam folder.

Delivery Address:

• Address changes are supported within 3 days of purchase; after that, changes are not supported. Please email pucoca.offical@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• We will assist with lost or stolen packages. Please contact us within 2 working days if your order is confirmed delivered but not received.

Customs and Duties:

• Customers are responsible for taxes and customs duties in their respective countries.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
