Features:

1. The halogen-free environmentally friendly solder paste of this model NC-559-ASM is suitable for value balls (usually used for computer motherboard north-south bridge chips), mobile phone chips, CPU Socket value balls, etc.

2. It needs to be cleaned after hand-painting the value ball (referring to the chip) on a large area.

3. It is used for dot matrix value ball (such as CPU Socket on the computer motherboard) without cleaning.

4. After soldering, the residue is transparent, the tin ball is bright, has a very high SIR value, less smoke, no irritating smell, and no ball running. It does not contain halogen (F/CL/Br/I) substances and other advantages.

5. This paste has moderate viscosity and fine particle size, generally 5-10μm. It is suitable for manual brushes, automatic machine printing and other processes.

6. It can be applied to processes such as reflow soldering and manual ball value at the same time.
