Australia & United Kingdom:

On orders above $59, shipping is always free to all countries.

Order Processing Timeline:

• Orders typically take 4-5 business days to process (Production will take an extra two days because our items are hand-sewn and are only made when an order is placed)

- Packaging and Quality Checking: 1 business day
- Shipping and Customs Clearance: 1-2 business days

Tracking Information:

• Tracking numbers will be updated via email after customs clearance (4–5 days following the date of the customer's purchase)
• Tracking status will become active 1-2 days after the tracking update email. Please check your email confirmation or tracking updates, as the email can be found in your spam folder.

Delivery Address:

• Address changes are supported within 3 days of purchase; after that, changes are not supported. Please email pucoca.offical@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
