How to Use it :

Here are the steps of how to use itÔºö

1.Sit up straight with both feet flat on the floor.

2.Breathe normally and avoid talking.

3.Wrap the cuff around your upper left arm.

4.You should be able to fit 2 fingers between your arm and the cuff.

5.Make sure the cuff lies about 2 or 3cm above the elbow.

6.Press the ON/OFF button.
